Returns & Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days.
Wholesale orders and custom orders are not eligible for return. For assistance, please contact support@poshpaperwraps.com.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Item is unused and has all original tags.
- Item is not marked or damaged in any way.
- Purchase was made on poshpaperwraps.com.
Items not meeting the above conditions will only be eligible for store credit and are subject to additional fees.
Exchanges will be shipped once your return arrives at our warehouse. The fastest way to make an exchange would be to place a new order now and return your original items for a refund.

Once we receive your return or exchange request into the Posh Paper warehouse, please allow up to 20 business days to receive your new items. If you have requested an exchange, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking information when your items have shipped.
Refund
If you have requested a return, please allow up to 20 business days for your refund to reflect on your original payment.
International orders are not eligible for free exchanges.
If you enjoyed a discount by using a promo code on your original purchase, the discount will not be carried over to an exchange of a different item. Your original purchase will be used as a credit towards your exchange order.
If you decide to return an order that has been purchased with a discount code applied, the amount refunded will be subject to the minimum spend of the discount code. This means that if the items returned bring the remaining total below the minimum spend of the discount code then the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund. For example, a free shipping discount (with a minimum threshold spend of $50) will be removed if the returned product(s) brings the total order value below $50.
Gift returns qualify for exchange or store credit.
Custom orders and Wholesale orders can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect (i.e. faulty materials or craftsmanship). The items should be returned as specified above.
Return Shipping Cost
The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return. The amount charged once per return is $6.90 USD.
